Grand Dining Room

Step into an era of elegance and refinement at The Grand Dining Room, beautifully restored to its Victorian grandeur. One of the few remaining Victorian dining rooms in Australia, it features high vaulted ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and plush carpet replicating the original 1900s design. The space also houses the original Silver Cabinet, filled with monogrammed silverware from the hotel’s storied past. 

With music from a baby grand piano and soft lighting, the ambience is perfect for anniversaries, milestone celebrations, or simply an indulgent evening.
