Beautifully restored to its former grandeur, The Grand Dining Room at the Carrington Hotel is one of the few remaining Victorian Dining Rooms in Australia.

Boasting high vaulted ceilings and crystal chandeliers complemented by elegant dining settings and plush carpet replicating the original linoleum floor design. 

The magnificent space houses the original Silver Cabinet with its collection of silver serving ware, monogrammed by the various hotel owners dating back to the early 1900s.

Music from the baby grand piano and low lighting create an inviting ambience. Suitable for celebrating an anniversary, milestone birthday or simply enjoying an elegant dinner, you are assured a memorable dining experience unlike any other.

Created by our Executive Chef, the seasonal menu is matched with a wine list showcasing the local regions, along with domestic and international varietals.
