Tainted is a Victorian comedy burlesque Opera, set to 90s grunge LIVE music.
This hilarious period fusion has pole dance, burlesque, comedy, magic, stilt walking, sexy slap stick, nostalgic 90s music & very little Opera.
The Wollombi Burlesque Troupe have ventured further afield this year & included Katoomba in their mini tour of Tainted. Creating shows by locals for locals for 10 years, they feel ready to take on the mountains! Musicians from Maitland & Newcastle will join veteran burlesquer Legs 11.11 with a motley crew of vaudiville performers from Wollombi & it’s surrounds. They will land in Katoomba on June 13 & give the town some OTT, good old fashioned hilarious entertainment.
