Join us for one of The Carrington Hotel’s signature dining events as we celebrate the very best of regional Australian wine at our annual Wines of the West Winemakers Dinner.

Enjoy an elegant four-course dinner in the historic Grand Dining Room, with each course expertly paired to complement a carefully selected wine. Throughout the evening, you’ll discover exceptional wines from four renowned regional wineries, with each pairing showcasing the character and diversity of Australia’s cool-climate wine regions.
